  • billing amount to the opponent is more than JPY30,000,000: 3% of the billing amount + JPY690,000

  • the amount of economic benefit is under JPY3,000,000: 16% of the amount
  • the amount of economic benefit is more than JPY3,000,000 to under JPY30,000,000: 10% of the amount + JPY180,000
  • the amount of economic benefit is more than JPY30,000,000: 6% of the amount + JPY1,380,000
